which schools form below list is better for helicopter CPL and why?

Don't go to aptrac...all they want is your money. Look into madiba bay school of flight in Port Elizabeth or try algoa flying club. Progress is also good. The above schools give you one on one training

Why have you excluded 43 Air School from your list?

Three possible reasons spring to mind.

a.OP's never heard of them.
b.43rd don't offer helicopter training.
c.OP's heard of them and they do offer helicopter training but are so dreadful that OP decides not to pursue further inquiries.

Correct answer gets you a chance to win an SA/CAA issued helicopter ATPL.
