Yes it can, a former colleague who now works with the NCAA confirmed it. However, they don't have crew to fly the aeroplanes because they are offering peanuts .

There is always someone willing to work for nothing.
Thats the problem in our Business. And the ones that think it is necessary to began this way (O$) for their future well paid(+$) successful career are "off the mark".
