Air Mauritius - Captain upgrade
 

Looks like it is impossible to obtain Captain s upgrade. As usual Mk is making it impossible to move to the left seat unless Banny wants you to move to get there!!
Looking for every excuse to fail the guys.

Most of Air Mauritius F/O's do upgrade, but it all happens in the middle-east with real large airlines;) who don't discriminate on racial grounds:ok:

I would rather be an FO in a "small" airline and have a life than a captain on a 777 or 380 in a large airline with a crappy roster.

Now this is seriously true words,one must never say never,but I sure as hell will try to avoid " that place" you referring too !

Agreed,most of them can be promoted captain and they are with lots of experience but unfortunately thier fate was already decided by the big boss at flight ops. We have seen many experience FO s achieving and progress with other airlines but not with M KK.
Very sad for Mauritian Aviation and for MK.
