Is Air Nigeria back??

I am hearing Air Nigeria has been cleared to fly again. Anyone know how true this is??

NaijaNinja 4th Jul 2012 16:41

I won't be surprised that what you heard is true; considering the DG has obligations to a 'powerhouse' who's said to have recently visited the airline's HQ to personally confirm the recent absence of techlog entries.

Since the 'powerhouse' is a prime investor in the company, buttons might have been pushed to enable the cash-cow start production of more milky$.

So VK must go under so other powerhouses may flourish....

Naijaninja all major airlines like yours have a powerhouse behind them.

Mine included...... Jimoh OBJ ARUMEMI CECELIA RABIU .....which one b your own eh...underline the above list......

Let the truth be told...

Once upon a time, the lion of Ota deposited $236 million into the coffers of a certain JI. A week later, JI rose to the rescue of then (and still) ailing VK to the tune of, guess, $236 million.
Now that it has all come crumbling down, i hear the lion of Ota stormed the premises of VK with his "new mangement".

No need to worry guys, "we dey kampe:E"

Standard

I expected that to happen. I am even expecting Air Nigeria to resume before the end of July.☺

‘Air Nigeria’ll Return Once We Resolve Issues of Staff Disloyalty’, Articles | THISDAY LIVE

What a load of HorseS**t from a loony boss:

* Describes the small issue of SALARY as 'minor', what?:ugh:

* Talks about 'if he buys 4 new 707', correct me are they still in production? Or could this be press typo?

* Keeps banging on about 'buying' aircraft since he took over, suddenly he 'sells' four of them, ain't that a sign of financial crisis? Does leasing a plane count as buying?

* Says he has NCAA letter clearing VK of financial instability, dude, is NCAA aware of your outstanding 'minor' salary obligations?

* Funniest line in interview - 'Since we took over the airline in the national interest'. Bol*ocks!

* 'Under labour law, one of the industries prohibited from going on strike is the aviation industry.' Is this correct?

* 'The weight of evidence from an accused person is weak.' Without being proven guilty, is this true in a court of law?

This guy is a joke and shouldn't be running an airline which has too many professionals.

JI the Fool

This JI is living in a world of self aggrandizement, with little or no iota of respect for the most important factor in biz/life,"Human resource".This is one banal employer of labour that thrives in the past,he believes he is doing a favour to a workforce of proffesionals delivering service.Vk will eventually die as long as it is wholly micro managed by JI.,a company is as good as its human resources.JI should go back to his village and seek slaves who will not question him and remain loyal to a money miss road that has no respect for anyone but his ego.98% of his assertions can only be believed by him,his statements are an insult to even people with single digit IQ.Not worthy of response as the tales told by an Idiot full of sound and fury but signifying nothing.:=:*

Goodluck to all of them and hopefully will get some positive feedback
from them...

Fingers crossed.

It's in the travel press today in SA about planes being repo'd etc. Good luck to them in trying to get a Joburg route off the ground in the future, the SA travel industry will run a mile screaming!
