Flight Schools that Guarantee CFI job !

there are too many schools around the world like in erupe and Usa that gurantee the flight instructor job for one year after you done your courses

i like to know if there is kind of this schools in south africa ? if so please give me their adreass

the reason no schools in South Africa will guarantee an Instructor position is that they like to have a choice in who instructs for them, and they tend to chose people who thye feel will fit into the environment, not just somebody who has paid for a rating, or even doen their whole training with them.

Most schools will consider employing an instructor after his/her training if they are competent and nice people.

Schools such as the US ones who offer a job before you have even started training do so as a means of making money, not out of the goodness of their hearts, nor for the benefit of the students who may end up with a pay-to-fly instructor who is more interested in the hobbs ticking over than the student gaining benefit.

I see you list your location as Iran, have you tried flying schools within the GCC? Your approach may be better appreciated there.

Perhaps I wonder if the eastbound traveller refers to the Gulf Cooperation Council? Possibly that might be an oxymoron and that's quite appropriate really since it was the battle of the Oxus River in the 7th century that led to the downfall of the last Sassanid emperor and the conquest of Persia by the Muslim Arabs. That's got nothing whatsoever to do with aviation of course except that Yazdegerd III, the defeated emperor, flew to China where he was killed by a humble miller.

have you thought about the problem of getting a work visa? Normally one can get work visas only if the demand for one's profession is higher than the local supply. I am very sure that this is not the case with South Africa's (SA) FI job market. So I suggest that you look into it if you haven't done it already.

Reading your posts gives me doubt whether being FI in SA makes that much sense for you.
1. Skyvan makes a very good point about the quality of the kind of schools you are searching for. IMO they are comparable to Ponzi schemes and communistic regimes - i.e. they do not work in the longer run.
2.Your impatience and lack of trying to write in correct English (I am not perfect either but I am trying) is not the best prerequisite for teaching anything in SA.

Just a thought - have you looked into your options in Iran? If one would use certified Tecnam or Jabiru which burn regular automotive gasoline it could be very cheap given the low gasoline prices in Iran.

trust me gasoline in iran is more expensive than other countries but its not the problem in iran there is no flight school except 2 3 of them which has only 5 airplain to train students and its not good for hour bulding.

about english you completly right but i can get my Ielts 7 during my course.

how about air charters and air taxing ? are they good for hour bulid ? do i need f-1 visa for them too ?

Just to clarify everybodies point a little...I have a lady friend with 2500 hours, Grade II and an ATPL with turbine time, and she is struggling to find a job! Yes...there could be many reasons for this but this is one of at least 10 people I personally know with experience that are struggling and they are all SA residents. That gives an example of the current market situation.

This might all sound harsh as it cant be 'that bad' right? Well its the truth and you shouldnt be fed bull**** because you will be disappointed! :rolleyes:

BTW...I hope the 'language barrier' is the reason for you coming across as totally arrogant as well as ignorant:ugh:

You have posted a number of times in different forums asking whether you need a F1 visa to work outside your own country.
I would suggest that you do some self investigation on that subject as you have now removed your country location from your profile so nobody can help you answer that question.

If you start from day one and complete everything up untill GR3 Flight Instructor's rating ,Jannie the owner of Loutzavia gives all the fresh Gr3 FLight Instructors the oppurtunity to Instruct for a year at Loutzavia and I think the same at Blue Chip not 100% sure in this year all the Instructors build hours!!but yes to EVERYBODY there is now like 16 full time Instructors , eg if you did your PPL in Pofadder and the rest at Loutzavia you wont get the job...

I think it's true to say that the Loutzavia website suggests that 700 hours a year might be what one could expect to fly as a Grade 111.

If they really have 16 full time flight instructors then that would suggest that the school flies an average of 11,200 hours a year.

The cynic in the woodpile says that the maths doesn't quite fit if each and every instructor is to get the predicated fair slice of the pie in exchange for his wad of Moolah.

Incidentally and by the way, I doubt that any school worth flying with would guarantee a CFI job.

The CFI job is only for their citizen ship !!!

How so unfair.
