Air Mauritius - Flight Ops Scandal

There a lots of happening these days, newspapers articles and enquiries by Independent Commision Against Coruuption on Pilot recruitment discripancies. Wonder if the DFO, flight Ops Clerver boys and HR gonna get arrested in the coming days??????

Did they pushed too much the limit?????

Air Mauritius

We need a good clean up here.If MK does need to have the parasite (Flight Ops Mafia) kicked offboard.

Only things will get better for MK.

MK flight ops

What is going on at MK is normal...they have been doing what they want since decades... those reponsible for flight ops , they themsemf have political influence...for example how did the actual DFO got hired ?? There were a certain Bany.....ub working in Sir Seewoosagar Ramgoolam prime ministers office office at that time.
I can give a list of some pilots without any turbo-prop experience and all logged around 250 hours that have been hired by Air Mauritius because they have political influence even one of them have FAA license.
Most of them now left Mk for Emirates.
Some expat pilots got hired by MK as there dad are Captain.

There were even an expat helicopter pilot who got on the ATR ...

Check this, all the truth is there.

It is incredible how cheap they are.

And a lot of it has been censored as Defi have not been publishing comments of late. Me thinks Le Defi no longer taking comments as the topic is too sensitive.

Bugs Banny shot himself in the foot with that stupid article!

So what is wrong with that? Obviously the pilots were considered suitably qualified during the selection & screening process, and were given jobs. They did not get the jobs because their fathers are captains with MK, they got the job because they were considered qualified for the post. I know of only two pilots with MK who's fathers fly there, and both those pilots have done extremely well without any influence from their fathers.

There's lots of expat pilots flying for Air Mauritius, and what is wrong with being a helicopter pilot that was placed on the ATR fleet? For that to have happened the pilot must have held a helicopter license as well as an airplane license, so he did well. Served a dual purpose. You see, it pays to be versatile huh?:ok:
