Csand were those people ( newbies ) who got hired at wings not hired around January? One of them was from the Maun crowd who I know. When I departed Nam for Zam everyone was issued visas BUT these were people who were already in the pipeline for a few months and waiting not the new kids on the block.
Further just because visas are being issued does not mean that companies actually have spots open. This is what I was told when I left of course and I'm now only a few hours away by plane in Zanzibar so if things have changed ie hiring and visa's flying around then Ill be over there lickety split!

visas and hirings don't go hand in hand.
as far as i can see the companies already hired what they needed, so don't rush to nam

yeah thats kinda what i thought for the moment..... has pleasure hired anyone recently?

Csanad007 22nd Apr 2011 12:33

pleasure will only hire SA guys, and they just have one that got online a week or so

soakingpilot 22nd Apr 2011 13:45

yeah thats basically what I was told. the silly part is that I was also told "they need pilots" something like only 2 pilots online for 8 planes. But I guess if thats the case then they dont REALLY need pilots.

On a seperate note I can now say that I have done bots, nam, zam and tanz + zanibar with officially no luck finding a job. :ugh: :ouch:
