Kq direct entry pilot
 

Hey everyone,
Does anyone have an idea about the direct entry for kenya airways:
Is it 250tt plus the simulator hours or 250 on the aircraft?
And how long does the 7 interviews take till your are put inline as a f/o?

250 hours flight time. Sim doesn't count. Depending on demand. the hiring process takes anywhere from a month to 3 months. By the time you check out as f/o, you'll have been at KQ for at least one year from the time you sign your contract. Consider you have ground school for your induction fleet (about 1 month), sim (4-6 weeks), base training (whenever they feel like), route training (6-12 months).

hoping we get done with the hectic conversions then we try our luck with kq...thats just one airline any kenyan would wana work for...so if you have qualifications they just invite u for an interview or you have to know someone who knows someone????
