Avoiding Fatal Flying Traps - General Aviation wake-up Call

I see many new posts asking questions as to why there are so many GA accidents again lately, and why so many this time of year, etc.

Guys, go and get this book and READ IT, then READ IT AGAIN, and READ IT FOR A 3RD TIME: Avoiding Fatal Flying Traps - General Aviation wake-up Call (by Johan Lottering).

It might just save your life !

It gives you a whole new perspective on seemingly unrelated events in your personal life, work environment, even the fragile political environment we are exposed to here in SA, and how it significantly influences your decision making in the cockpit.

It certainly opened my eyes !

For those pilots that wish to purchase Johan's book, it is available at most pilot shops or directly from Johan: e-mail: [email protected]

Had a brief look through a friend's copy the other day. Basically it looks at the period of a pilot's flying life from 350 to 750 hours total time, or from when a pilot knows enough to think they know it all to when they know enough to know that they will never know it all. :ok:
