how do i get a scholarship in Nigeria?
 

plz can anyone suggest any good flying school in south Africa?

I am a Bayelsan ,seeking for a scholarship from my state government.I heard they gave about 5 scholarships last year.
I went to the scholarship board and they said it wasn't from their office,it was issued in the secretary to the states governments' office.I went there and they said it wasn't from that office either.I am really confusedhttp://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/sr...s/confused.gifhttp://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/sr...s/confused.gif.
Please does anyone know where i can go next concerning any scholarship at all,whether bayelsa state,NDDC etc?
