Future of African aviation training!

I'm trying to write something around the subject of emerging training needs in African aviation.

Some of you are flying around Africa, want to give me your point of view; good & bad?

My own take is around non-English speaking ATC's. I've heard Bamako understand but reply back in French .. any other examples???

Thanks!

Arik

There was a lengthy and quite scholarly discussion of exactly this topic not that long ago here in the forum. Click here.

Thanks yes, I read that thread a while ago, had a good laugh ...

Any other takers??? I know there's more that can be done!

Your question seems a bit vague and covers a lot of possible ground. Could you give us an idea of the intention/purpose of this writing?

Different African countries take different approaches to training.
