Prang last weekend near Krugersdorp

Has anyone any details about an accident at or near Krugersdorp airfield last weekend (end of March). I was asked about it by some pax and have heard some RUMOURS that the guy was turned away from FALA and pranged later. Again all i have heard is 4th hand and would like some facts.
