747 parked at CT for a few days

Anyone know what aircraft this is and why it's been there for a few days? It's parked nearly parallel to the runway on the far side of the runway (i.e. away from the terminal)

It is privately owned.

You get that often in CPT - no space on A or B bays for parking so they put it on a taxiway

Boss is here on holiday -

ACSA used to use D1 as a parking overflow area but that taxiway is used to gain access to the SAPS hangars. D3/4 are now used for the overflow, the main advantage is that the a/c can either be towed over there, or taxied there and it has 2 access routes, so easier to use. It still allows us to move a/c around and by parking them on D3/4 they do not get in the way
