Ilorin International Airport

Looking for info on DNIL handling facilities

Do they have full handling equipment at this airport, FMC, Dollies, etc ?

What Fuel facilities are available ?

Any restrictions at this airport ?

Pls advise

I flew over it in 2006 doing survey . At the time only Overland was flying in there once a week . The survey company , Fugro that I used to work for is going to be based there this year sometime , you can probably enquire about the airport from them .

I believe that facilities there are limited

Hajj

Thanks for the info, but had some info that the Govt (not sure if that's State or Federal) used Ilorin for its Hajj Operations.

In that case there must be some re-fueling equipment + handling equipment on site.

There is nothing on ground in ILORIN no fuel,no handling,no SAHCOL,no NAHCO nothing ,Ilorin is as bare as it can ever get,if youre interested in operating out of ilorin you better think of a recce and of providing all you need. The runway all 3kms of it is good,a serviceable tower,vor/ils very serviceable but no iota of ground support, that should be enough for now any more doubts check the place out, period:ok:
