Hire and Fly in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Botswana

I would be very happy if anyone could give me a hint where I can Hire and Fly a Cessna 172 somewhere in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Botswana (all spots are of interest).

I am private pilot with a SA PPL, 80h experience as PIC. I am also would like to know whether the SA PPL is accepted or how a validation can be achieved.
