Aircraft down at Moga Intl

On the news headline (AFP), an aircraft came down on the city shortly after take-off. There are ongoing fightings in Mogadishui these days. No confirmation if it is war related or other.
Anybody out there with more info?

Info coming in that it is an IL76 registered in Belarus. It is the same company that got hit a couple weeks ago by an RPG. That aircraft brought equipment and engineers to have the first one repaired. It was leaving again with some AU peacekeepers on board when it was hit by an missile or rocket on take-off and crashed and burned this time for good.

They've tried that for, gosh, about 14 years. But somehow when you think you can forget about it, they fight themselves to the front pages of news, however temporarily.

Are they still flying in AU soldiers, or are they going to try to secure the airport first?
