Im currently working 4 Air Botswana as a second Officer on An ATR42-500,still doing line training and would like to get a job in Tanzania with Precision Air.If anyone has contacts of someone or how are I can get hold of them,pls help.I'l be very grateful.If I may ask,how can I get a CBT for an ATR 42-500,pls forward some info for me.:) Thanks!!!!!! |
Aviator 81, do yourself a favour and stay at BP. Im not saying there is anything wrong with Precision but you already have a job that will definitely lead to something. Prospoects will be no better or worse at Precision.

Fly for Precision, pay 22000 Euro's for your rating, sign a three year bond and earn peanuts, and no prospect for Captancy as a foreigner :ok:

I think you should focus more on IFR and ATP knowledge than turbine systems. You’re training on pistons. There’s something called “negative transfer” per the Fundamentals of Instructing with FAA curriculum. It’s when knowledge overlaps and isn’t assisting in the application and correlation of new knowledge. Confusion is another way of saying it.
