ACSA expansion programme

ACSA expansion programme

ACSA will soon be going to financial markets to raise R2bn for its infrastructure expansion programme, and also plans to register a domestic medium-term note programme as part of its fundraising campaign. This is in line with its need to fast-track its plans to get its 10 airports ready to accommodate the expected increase in passengers and aircraft up to and including the 2010 World Cup.

Part of the expansion is to accommodate five new airlines coming to South Africa – Gulf Air, Thai Airways, Virgin Nigeria, Ghana International and Etihad Airways. More than half of the four-year expenditure would be invested at Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban International airports.

Why are they mentioning 3 airlines that is already operating here...and where they get the idea of Ghana International...seems they are going downhill again. Why no mention of Delta then.
