just wondering if every other aspiring airline pilot had seen the unusually low minimum entry requirement gulf air has set for the "non type rated" first officers for the A320's

Just a matter of interest does anyone know why the minimums have been reduced???or could there really be a pilot shortage in the gulf???etihad needs type rated crew and emma-rats need jet time>>>>
