Dont forget that Burundi recently added for the very first time a 747-400Freighter under their National Registry, 9U, ex ACG, 9U-BBA
Some says its a convenience Flag and Reg, and besides that it seems its operated under the AOC of Kyrgyzstan opr Sky KG., however other says could have something to do with SOBUGEA:

Maybe this new outfit OPTIMUM could have also anything to do with it....however there are some less-known operators in the Eastern Europe, Middle East and even Africa having an helping hand from Mr Jaideep Mirchandani, that could also be the case here:
