New Kigali (Bugesera) International Airport

New Kigali (Bugesera) International Airport
I'm a frequent(ish) user of Kigali and haven't really spent any time looking at information for the New Kigali Bugesera airport, even though I understand it's been in the planning for a long time.
Having a quick google, I see it's going to be used in conjunction with the current airport which is running at maximum capacity (supposedly!). Does anybody know how they plan for this to work, Rwandair to stay in one airport and everyone else move to the other or vice versa?
Also see that it's a good 50km or so away from Kigali City Centre. It takes me a good 30 minutes to get into the city from the current Kigali, so god knows how long the journey will take from new Kigali!?
