Bad pay For African Pilots
African pilots are struggling. Pilots out here getting paid as low as $400 while others are paying to fly.So many people are quitting out here.It's time we did something about our minimum wages as pilots.It's crazy!!!

I have witnessed this as well, but unfortunately there's not much you can do. I find that low-hour pilots are especially suffering with regards to the wage aspect, yet some of the more experienced ones (at the same company) are being paid well over $5,000 per month!
