EASA Mali Airspace warning

The EASA SIB FOUND HERE explains, but of note .....

Insurgent activity is taking place in Mali northern and western provinces, with consequent risk to flight operations safety deriving from possible use of small arms fire, rocket-propelled grenades, mortars and anti-aircraft fire, to include shoulder- fired man-portable air defence systems (MANPADS).
