What is up with Eritrean Airlines?

They are back down to a single aircraft the 767, all others returned to lessors, which destinations are they flying to?

Hi , yes they are back to single aircraft only the 767 that is not flying also I believe they leased 737 to fly to Dubai.

Met the CEO in Cape Town a few years ago - quite an arrogant lot - tried to launch flights to JNB & CPT - I think they flew 1 or 2 rotations and that was it - wanted to sell a thru fare from Cape Town/Joburg to Rome on an A319 I think - 4 stops en-route if I remember rightly, no wonder they are in the process of shutting up shop!

They were being run by a Pakistani aviation group, have those quit? I was surprised they never created a website for the airline despite the nice rebranding effort, is 737 in that livery?

So what happened that they are a mess again?

They have recently wet leased an A320 from Yanair.
