Which companies in Africa operate let410's and are they currently recruiting??

Let 410s in DRC

If you want accurate information about Let 410s in the Congo--find Mobotu and PM him--he will be a source of very accurate and upto date information in that part of Africa....He Knows the aircraft well as a Pilot--and knows just about everybody in that part of the world

Try Solenta and Air-Tec. Probably the most decent (eg. T&Cs, maintenance, training) L410 operators out there inc. some european ones.
