A319 Technical Question

This is for all the A319 ppl out there.

Do you have a rudder gust lock that is engaged once you've landed? The reason I ask is that the rudder on the 319 always blows with the wind once in the parking bay. I've also seen this on the bigger Airbus. The Boeings and other aircrafts rudder seems to be locked when parked.

I'm not taking a stab at anyone or pointing fingers, I'm just curious to know.

Thanks

Is this question only specific to Airbus A319s operated in Africa? Or might it be better posted in the Tech Log forum?

I'm relating this to what I've seen at FAJS.

Without getting to clever or smart, the Boeing rudder will also blow around ( left to right ) in the wind unless the pilots switch on the"B" hyd elec pumps whilst parked( engine swithched off). WOW both(Airbus and Boeing) will"flap" around in the wind unless some hyd press is applied to the control surface. And no neither Airbus or Boeing has got control locks like some of the larger Turbo Props got( ATR,Dash 8 etc). This is a very simplified version of course.
