Taxes in Tanzania

Can anyone help, I am starting a new job soon in Tanzania and I am a little confused by the information I am getting from the internet regarding the levels of Income Tax and NSSF in Tanzania.

Are there any other hidden taxes an ex-pat should know about??

Well I guess that is good news.....this thread has been looked at 104 times and no one has made any comment, I can only assume that the taxation in Tanzania is straight forward. Thank you all for not replying

When I was there I never paid any tax, my companies did for me both time. So the salary you get, it is for you to spend!!!
