Glory to God we made it this far. I'm just wondering why they didn't ask for a CV

I wonder too. But may be it is included in the 'professional certificates' category...just saying...

CV

hehe, could be but i don't think so for the simple reason that a CV is not a professional certificate. I also don't see why they would need a CV because it's clear that most of their recruits are fresh-from-High-School breeds and mayb one or two people who have a degree or diploma. I think a CV would be more relevant for the direct entry lot

I'll give you some advice for free, whenever you go for a job interview carry at least 5 copies of your CV. That should be enough for each member on the panel. It gives the interview panel the impression that you actually thought about what would happen in the interview and that you planned ahead. It also gives people the chance to browse through your history, and learn more about you when one of their colleagues is asking you a question.

It doesn't matter if you are straight out of high school. You must have volunteered in some organisation or participated in some kind of extra-curricular activity at one point in your life. You always learn new things and grow from these experiences so don't be afraid to mention them. They could go a long way in helping people understand what kind of a person you are...

all the best people.

POEM ON LOAN ISSUE

MisterToo, where are you?
We need your advice, before tomorrow noon
So that come thursday, we don't get doomed
And end up, in unsurpassable gloom.

They said they'll communicate next week. Who has any info on that AIFA school? The info on their website is quite scant.

Cool F.Y.I

For posterity's sake, we went for the oral interviews today,we were 26 of us with one lady on board. I personally thought it would take 10-15mins from what I had gathered here but to my surprise they had added what they called Theumatic Apperception Test/Vienna Test. Don't be scared by the name it isn't that bad. We also got interviewed by two friendly Mzungus from a new aviation school called AIFA in S.A which is in partnership with China. After that we sat for the oral interview infront of a panel of six and it was just the way it has always been - filling a form while they ask you questions. Finally they told us to wait for their communication tomorrow
