Gear Up Landing

Hey

Last week friday a Progress Flight Acadamy aircraft landed wheels up after having a problem with the gear. Apparently the nose wheel didn't want to come out so the pilot elected to land wheels up. This is the second incident with this aircrafts gear within the past year. Last year while taking off the gear collapsed.

I was wondering if anyone had any other info on this incident and the aircrafts history.
