Runway overrun, tire bursts and Nose Weight On Wheels Accident Report

Hey there!

I recall coming across an older incident report involving a runway overrun following an unstabilized landing approach. The aircraft made a late touchdown, with the Nose Gear touching down first. Interestingly, this aircraft's braking system relied on the NLG WOW to activate the brakes. Consequently, when the main tires made contact, they were hydraulically locked, leading to tire bursts and ultimately contributing to the overrun.

Has anyone else heard about this accident? I've been searching for it without much success...

One of the recommendations stemming from this incident was to avoid using the NLG WOW for the brake system altogether. Any help locating this event would be greatly appreciated!
I think it was an aircraft with fuselage-mounted engines, like a 727 or business jet.

Thanks!

Here's the NTSB report for that Las Vegas event, though I can't see any mention of an overrun or brake lock-up.

Thanks, but it was not this one.
The one I am talking about touched late, nose gear first, and then blew the main tires out before the overrun.
