Double Engine Failure Falcon 20 - 1st September

Interesting report on ASN on what sounds like an extremely luck escape. Any more info would be gratefully received:

Reminds me of the tale of the Dassault test pilot (Jean-Marie Saget?) who was demonstrating the prototype Falcon 10 at an airshow (Paris?) in the early '70s. A ground engineer was monitoring telemetry from the aircraft and after one enthusiastic manoeuvre anxiously enquired whether an engine had flamed out. "No" came the laconic reply "both of them"... both were successfully relit!

Good job in both incidents...

Although a different incident from 2019, the story can give us a few insights on what happens after a dual engine failure on a Cessna Citation
