Right on cue this report just issued by the AAIU is an example which is, presumably, one of the reasons the report is coming more than four years after the incident. Some very strange goings-on here!

Incident: Stobart AT72 at Dublin on Sep 2nd 2016, descended below assigned altitude and minimum safe altitude
