Looks like Tandragee Airstrip, Northern Ireland. The runway there is rumoured to be only 12 Feet in width.

Something tells me that the aircraft must have veered left when full power was applied for a go-around. It was hair-raising to say the least, but at least it did not stall, quite a feat in the heat of that moment.
