Skier hit by plane in France
It looks like an older accident, a skiplane went astray and hit and injured a skier:

I don't know this locale, but I do know that ski flying involves reduced maneuverability, and particularly stopping, thus lots of space is required. I suspect that a steep slope complicates things terribly. I'll be keeping this in mind again, as ski flying season begins here soon...

So you've never done it, yet somehow you know it's a shithole ! Its not as it happens, Porte Du Soleil is the largest ski area in Europe and Morzine, Avoriaz and Chatel are all great places to ski and or paraglide. The airfield is however tiny and runs in close proximity to the ski lift. It's not used that much by fixed wing AC.
