I have personally seen 'Rudolph' fly thru the most atrocious weather - huge Cb - BIG rainstorm - in Russia of all places - and when 'challenged' by the authority of the day, Rudolph's response was ........Wait for it........
"Rudolph the Red knows rain dear".......
