Exactly my thought, CX is just regressing to the mean. If I were a Mckinsey Consultant the initio training would be an eye sore for the bottom line. It's just like the 9 abreast seating on the 777, nobody in their right might mind should keep it. It doesn't help that the airline industry is so cut throat with slim margins and state owned airlines from the ME slaughtering non-subsidized airlines. CX WAS a premium airline but due to poor management decisions they're now just another airline and the Pilot's are paying for it.
