Yes, they will ground the snoring one, send you to a sleeping apnea test while removed from roster. Your medical certificate approval will be pending the results, and fleet will send an email asking for explanation of your unacceptable behavior. Maybe you’ll dodge a warning letter, but later on you’ll receive another email asking why you’ve had so many sick days this year (even tho they were the ones sending you to the clinic). Maybe they’ll delay your upgrade one year due your low productivity.
