I'm not saying they haven't been let down - rather that they
have been let down for so long now that there's no further left to fall, and that they've gotten on with it nonetheless.
There's no denying that it should be offered; flying is enjoyed by a lot.
But the question isn't should it be offered, the question is
can it?
