I have been in the talent pool since roughly June of this year. Just wondering if after a certain amount of time, if you aren't called up for ground school, you are removed from the talent pool and effectively have to start all over? I have a vague memory of hearing that this happens after a year but could be wrong! Still eagerly awaiting my opportunity for GS! Would hate to have to go through the process all over again!

I am unsure as well. From reading previous comments I don't think they make you start all over again but there's no harm in asking Recruitment to get an accurate answer, if you do so can you please update us all on what they say? I've only been in the talent pool for 3 weeks but I can relate to how you feeling about wait times! What base did you apply for?
