The evidence that different races have different IQs, as well as different, cranial volumes, different proportions of long twitch and short twitch muscles, different skin colours, different hair textures, different levels of hormones (particularly testosterone) is completely substantiated. It is due to different proportions of Homo Sapien, Neanderthal, and Denisovian DNA in the genetic makeup of modern human beings. Africans are 100% Homo Sapiens, Caucasians about 90% Homo Sapiens and 10 % Neanderthal, NE Asians have a higher proportion of Neanderthal (hence higher cranial volume and higher IQ), and finally Australian Aborigines have the lowest proportion of Neanderthal DNA plus some Denisovian DNA which accounts for their unusually low IQs.
