Could someone please explain to the Financially Uneducated, Why we would be allowing any concessions what so ever until:
1. Basings are maximised to create savings, significant savings? (Please remember that basings were promised to each and every new joiner!!)
2. Computerised rostering system aka. CMP, is introduced fully (Which we have been asking for as long as I can remember) creating significant rostering efficiency and additional, significant, cost savings. Clearly better they are capable of doing with the current manual rostering system?
Perhaps then, and
ONLY then, should we be discussing any forms of “Concessions”.
Please remember, HK is one of the most expensive cities in the World to Live. Clearly HK is NOT the place to be having any reduction in COS. There are other ways, see points 1 and 2.
Why are we allowing the Company to attack us when they clearly created this mess with their Fuel Hedging “Gamble” and their napping in the Boardroom?
Time for Ms. Management and the HedgeHogg to go, then it will be truly a “Time to Grin”
The people who make this Airline Great, deserve a much better Leadership who are invested in the Future of this Once Great Airline. We deserve better than those prepared to “Gamble” and who are only focussed on their own Short Term "Bonus Generating" Savings Strategy, on their way up the Corporate Ladder.
Shameless Behaviour, We all deserve much better!!
