That's on the assumption that an equal number of men and women actually
want to be pilots. IMHO it'll never be anywhere close to 50% for that reason. They can remove any negative stigma/preconceptions that it's a 'man's job', go into schools and let people know it's a career for anyone/everyone but they can't force people to want to do it.
