Future NOT in doubt. The decision for each one of us is simple: either lie down like sheep for the slaughter, or fight back and cause them as much pain as possible. Not really a tough decision when you think about it. If we do nothing, there will be no career worth fighting for. Something for our more junior colleagues to consider: it is better to have the fight now and establish a proper relationship between employer and employee, than allow yourselves to be seduced by AT's vague promises, only to find yourselves 10-15 years from now being attacked and threatened (as my generation are now experiencing). You would be better off establishing reality now and giving yourselves a chance of a proper career elsewhere than being sucked into a miserable career, family life and retirement at CX.

Traf - I agree with all your points, but our generation did FA when B scales came, when HKAPA came etc. To now decide to fight because it is your pocket being hit directly - yeah, can understand the anger, but stable doors, horses and closing them too late comes to mind
