Lots of BS
Eva Air is really not an airline to work for... culture of fear and pressure, low salary, bad behaviour and treatments. Fake benefits regarding tickets to go back home. They will always find a way not to let you onboard if the flight is full. In their policy it is clearly mentionned that commuting guys have 2 priority seats on board, and at the end, they will give it to pax... money for chineese...
If you can cope with that, then it should be fine... anyway, happy to move in china, 1ON/1OFF and much more money... I heard it's basically the same there, but at least they compensate with 1OFF and more money!! 😬
