Thank you for your reply and your compliments. I know that my english is not perfect, and you, underlining that, inadvertently made my point. What I was trying to say is exactly that, if for example someone is searching for a native speaker/writer it would be better to express it in the application requirements, would not be ? In that case a foreigner not enought skilled pilot like me would have never applied. But if the requirement is level 5 english like it was, so is not nice to hear later that maybe I was dismissed because my english level is not at the level of a native speaker. English level should be a requirement, not the object of the selection itself.
