I take it from your comment you pro'lly feel the "locals" being hired are not as good? I've gone through the process successfully and I'll tell you one thing, even though I've been an A student through out my school life, the kind of competition I experienced through out the recruitment process is one that left me humbled. Majority of the people you consider "better" wouldn't get half way through it.
Are some of the stages in Kenya Airways' recruitment process really necessary? Question for another forum but what I can guarantee you, anyone who passes through them and comes out on the other side successfully is way way above average. I have a new found respect for anyone who flies for KQ.
With a little research I'm sure such ignorance wouldn't be displayed. But what do I know? I'm just a local...
