I've got a question for the Stage 2 ADAPT test at OAA. Basically in the "FAST" or "Multitasking" task, I know you have to improve on the second go but say you do your best twice and the result is similar, would it not be safer to purposely do worse on the first go so that you can improve more on the second?
that's a good shout but i would argue against it, you will always score higher the second time round because it is essentially the exact same test you did 2 minutes earlier. so it's probably better to score well the first time, and then even better the second time. rather than poor the first time and then well the second
