Hey, we all want to be respected, but this is the internet, not the House of Lords.
So, your default position is what? Spring loaded to the rude or polite position? We are all entitled (I would hope) to professional courtesy and respect but only a few seem to give it. Others seem to look for an opportunity to be rude, then hide behind anonymity to deliver it.
