For your guarantor question:
From what I have understood, you will need to apply and be approved for the loan without any assistance from easyJet. This involves putting a business plan together and sourcing some form of security (e.g. a house). Then if you are deemed exceptional, easyJet will offer to underwrite the loan with their head office instead of whatever you used originally (presumably your parent's house). That being said, I wouldn't rest your hopes on being offered an underwriting.
