Airline signed loan

Anyone have an idea if any airlines these days are willing to sign the loan taken to pay for type rating?
I`ve read about EasyJet signing off loans, but can`t seem to find anything official that backs this up.
It must be challenging for students trying to acquire a loan in a country where they dont have any property to secure with after they`ve been offered a job.
